Contour drawing with model

I had trouble with the contour drawing. My lines are too dark and not varied enough. I also realized the difficulty in creating the contour lines of a figure at points when two different body parts meet. By realizing these problems I feel like I know what to avoid in the future (dark line) and how to better deal with the areas where two forms meet (by varying the meeting points at the end of each line).
